No, our professional design staff can meet with you and take your hopes, dreams and ideas and develop a full set of construction plans at Winston Sage Custom Homes. If you already have a set of plans, those can be enhanced or modified to create the home of your dreams.

How much will it cost for you to design us a set of plans?

We believe in building a great relationship with you from the very beginning, thru the design and budget process, and finally all the way through the construction of your new home. It is that bond which aids in the important working relationship throughout the process, and to start off on the best foot, we do not charge for the design meetings.

What is your price per square foot?

This may be the most frequently asked question in the homebuilding industry. Every home we build has a multitude of special and unique components that ultimately impact the price of the home. An evaluation of the home design, features, and products is necessary to develop the budget for your new Dream Home. Schedule an appointment with us to allow us to show you the process of developing your unique budget.

How long does it take to build my Custom Home?

There are many factors that establish the build time of your home, such as but not limited to, closing into the interim loan, providing utilities and access to the building site, site preparation as well as uncontrollable weather. With that said, we estimate the average construction time of your dream home to be between 7 and 9 months from the time we start construction. When building with Winston Sage Custom Homes, we do not believe in sacrificing the quality of workmanship or materials in order to complete your home in a shorter time span.

How do I select my interior and exterior finishes for my dream home?

Winston Sage Custom Homes works very closely with a number of great vendors and suppliers for different aspects of your home. We do not limit your interior and exterior selections to only the vendors we traditionally utilize, but encourage you to make your unique selections for the finishes of your dream home.

What is your service area for construction?

Our office is located in Columbus, Texas but we have a large geographic service area. We serve all surrounding areas in Austin, Waller, Colorado, Fayette, Fort Bend and Washington counties. We build in all the surrounding major cities including but not limited to Columbus, El Campo, Needville, Bay City, Hallettsville, La Grange, Fayetteville, Brenham, Hempstead, Waller, Bellville, Sealy and all the beautiful areas that are located near and between these locations.
